Clerical/Office AssistantThis individual is responsible for answering the switchboard, typing, filing, mail distribution and other general clerical/office duties. This position is also responsible for greeting all facility visitors, ensuring confidentiality review and encouraging a friendly atmosphere in the reception area.QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent required.Experience in healthcare setting preferred.Customer service and administrative/clerical skills required.LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS: CPR and CPI (Offered at facility)First aid may be required based on state or facility.Ability to work with male and female, adult (18 & over) substance abuse/dually diagnosed/opiate dependent population.
