Location: Billings, Montana

Start Date: 08-05-2026

End Date: 11-04-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Implement therapeutic interventions and activities tailored to each patient's plan of care, helping them regain independence
• Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner to ensure seamless care coordination
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercise programs
• Communicate patient status and responses to treatment with the supervising Occupational Therapist
• Follow all safety, infection control, and compliance protocols to provide the highest quality of care

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Active state COTA license (or ability to obtain one) in Montana
• Strong teamwork and patient care skills to support a collaborative environment

Education

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of occupational therapy interventions and modalities
• Proficient in documentation and patient charting
• Excellent patient education and communication skills
• Understanding of safety and infection control protocols
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong patient care and interpersonal skills
