What You'll Do
- Provide outpatient Family Practice care to patients of all ages, including children and adults
- Work in both mobile clinics and established outpatient settings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive healthcare
- Perform routine exams, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
- Document patient visits using EPIC EMR software
- Participate in vaccination and preventive care initiatives
- Engage in patient education to promote health and wellness
What You Need
- CA Medical License (in-hand)
- DEA Certification
- BLS certification
- 2+ years outpatient/family practice experience
- Comfortable working with diverse patient populations, including children and adults
- Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred
About the Assignment This outpatient role involves providing comprehensive, compassionate care in a dynamic environment that includes both mobile clinics and brick-and-mortar facilities. Providers will enjoy a full week of orientation and must be available to attend all training sessions to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
