Out of the Box Physical Therapy is seeking a motivated Social Media & Digital Marketing Intern to help expand our online presence, strengthen our brand, and connect with athletes, active adults, and our local community. This is an excellent opportunity for a college student, recent graduate, or aspiring marketer looking to build hands-on experience in social media strategy, content creation, website optimization, SEO, and AI-driven marketing. What You'll Do Manage and grow our presence across major social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Create and schedule a minimum of 3 posts per week that align with our brand and target audience Help develop and maintain a consistent content calendar Analyze social media performance and provide recommendations for growth and engagement Assist with website updates and optimization Help improve SEO and online visibility Research and implement emerging AI tools to improve marketing efficiency and content creation Assist with photography, video capture, reels, and behind-the-scenes content Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities to increase reach and audience engagement Collaborate with our clinical team to turn patient success stories, educational content, and community involvement into engaging marketing campaigns What We're Looking For Current college student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field Strong understanding of social media platforms and current trends Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar content creation tools Familiarity with SEO principles and website management Interest in AI tools and digital marketing technology Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Self-starter who can take ownership of projects and work independently Creative thinker who understands branding and audience engagement Bonus Qualifications Experience managing social media accounts for a business, club, organization, or personal brand Photography or videography experience Basic website editing experience (WordPress preferred) Experience using analytics tools and interpreting performance data Interest in health, fitness, sports, or physical therapy What You'll Gain Hands-on marketing experience with a growing healthcare and sports performance company Mentorship from business owners actively growing their brand and community presence Experience with SEO, website optimization, content strategy, social media analytics, and AI marketing tools Portfolio-building opportunities through real-world projects Potential for long-term growth within the company About Out of the Box Physical Therapy Out of the Box Physical Therapy is a sports-centered orthopedic physical therapy practice dedicated to helping active individuals, athletes, and weekend warriors move better, perform better, and stay healthy.
