Collision Center Estimator

Greet clients and assess their needs, while assisting them in navigating the process of having their vehicle repaired. Customer service is our top priority, Estimator to follow repair through from start to finish updating the client every step of the way. Working with insurance companies to complete an accurate and thorough repair estimate, quality check the repairs prior to releasing vehicle to the client. This role is critical because it is the face of our collision center, we want every client to feel Wowed and informed during the repair process, the estimator needs to understand and sympathize with the difficulty of their situation. We want the clients confident that we will restore their vehicle back to pre-accident condition all while keeping them updated and informed. Responsibilities Work with collision technician to identify any additional damage and the best possible repair plan Check in vehicle with client, reviewing any possible prior damage and get proper paperwork signed Keep client updated and informed during entire process, utilizing positive client service relations Communicate effectively with insurance companies We are a team and we need a team player Qualifications Must have 3+ years estimating Experience with CCC, experience with Mitchell a plus Must have excellent client relations and communication skills Valid Driver's License, Clean drug screening and clean background Familiarity with various insurance guidelines Organized self motivated professional personality #J-18808-Ljbffr Parks Lincoln of Tampa
