Key Job Responsibilities Own campaigns from end‑to‑end: managing creative processes, targeting and segmentation, planning, execution, reporting, and optimization. Coordinate with multiple teams to provide thorough and authoritative category creative content Strong bias for action and ability to prioritize Own weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting on the state of initiatives Manage and report out on projects, status, and work with teams to remove any project blockers. Aptitude for organization, flexibility, and producing results in a fast‑paced environment Ability to leverage data to drive decision making Familiarity and comfort with GenAI applications for content and copy Refined eye for trend in Fashion and/or Fitness industries. Compensation The base pay for this position ranges from $58,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $125,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
