Candidate Pay Rate: $50 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients to restore function and mobility
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans of care
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner
• Supervise physical therapist assistants and rehab techs per practice acts
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• You are a graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)
• You hold an active Oregon PT license or are able to obtain one
• You bring strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
• You are flexible and ready to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs

Education

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in physical therapy and patient evaluation
• Treatment planning and direct therapy delivery
• Accurate and timely documentation
• Supervision of PTAs and Rehab Techs
• Collaboration within interdisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance, safety, and infection control
