Mi-Tech Tungsten Metals is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for sorting, verifying and packing orders of heavy tungsten pieces. They will also perform a variety of shipping duties and be required to update and edit the warehouse shipping manifest, monthly cycle counting, and documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for receiving all incoming shipments, verifying their contents, and ensuring that they match the packing list and purchase order.
  
• Responsible for creating and maintaining accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments. This includes tracking numbers, invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
  
• Maintains accurate inventory records, including stock levels, locations, and expiration dates.
  
• Ensure that material is packaged and shipped as indicated on MTM Traveler or Customer Instructions
  
• Responsible for managing the flow of goods in and out of the country, including preparing necessary customs documents and complying with international regulations.
  

Qualifications:

• Previous Shipping / Receiving, and Forklift Experience
  
• Able to stand, lift up to 50lbs repeatedly, bend, and reach with both arms and hands for up to 10hours a day
  
• Experience in creating Fed Ex and UPS systems for shipments, domestic and international
  
• High school diploma / GED, 1-2 years' experience in logistics within a manufacturing environment
  
• Inventory and cycle counting experience, Microsoft Office Experience to enter counts
