Contract Coordinator

Contracts Coordinator We’re seeking a Contract Coordinator to support customer orders and contract activities. This role ensures purchase orders are accurate, coordinates with internal teams, and helps resolve customer issues. Key Responsibilities Review purchase orders for accuracy and compliance Support customers with product information and documentation Assist with invoicing issues and resolve billing questions Prepare contract-related documentation and reports Coordinate with cross-functional teams (finance, customer service, manufacturing) Address customer concerns and ensure a positive experience Requirements Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel) Strong communication and organization skills Ability to multitask and manage priorities Experience with customer service, purchase orders, or contracts Nice to Have Knowledge of government compliance Manufacturing experience Exposure to contract review or data analysis Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Westwood, CA. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
