Your leadership fosters a collaborative and enthusiastic environment where every volunteer knows their contributions make a meaningful difference. Are a people person! OWS has a diverse community of parents, faculty, and staff. And you want to get to know them all. Are a team player: It may be overused, but it's definitely needed. The Advancement team is a well-oiled machine, and we need you to be a critical component in its success. Are organized & adaptable: You have strong organizational skills to juggle multiple responsibilities in a fast-faced environment with ease.
