The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care while working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure exceptional outcomes. Compensation: $90.00-$100.00 Per Hour Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including histories and physical exams. Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Prescribe medications and therapies as appropriate. Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests. Provide patient and family education on treatment plans and preventive care. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure seamless patient care. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR). Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational policies. Qualifications: Current Nurse Practitioner license in California (or ability to obtain). Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program. National Board Certification as an NP (FNP, AGNP, or specialty equivalent). BLS and ACLS certification required. Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred; new grads considered with strong clinical background. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
