What You'll Be Doing As our Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our store. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting and leading team members during shifts to deliver exceptional customer service. Assisting with scheduling, training, and coaching employees to help them succeed. Managing cash handling, deposits, and ensuring register accuracy. Receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise to keep our store looking its best. Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and staff. Resolving customer concerns professionally and ensuring satisfaction. Ensuring all company policies and safety procedures are followed. What We're Looking For We’re seeking someone with a passion for retail and leadership. Here’s what we’re looking for in our ideal candidate: Experience: At least 1 year of retail, convenience store, or customer service experience preferred. Supervisory or management experience is a plus! Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to multitask and stay organized.
