About The Hamptons at Town Center Location: Germantown, Maryland 20874 # of Units: 768 About Ashmore at Germantown Location: Germantown, Maryland 20874 # of Units: 29 About Brookside View Location: Gaithersburg, Maryland 20879 # of Units: 48 # of Openings: 2 Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to prospective residents by planning and participating in marketing activities to attract prospective residents; greeting applicants, showcasing the community, and collecting applications; communicating the features and benefits of the community with potential residents. Assist the Community Manager by processing applications in a timely manner, taking resident phone calls, following up with prospective residents, and completing additional, on-going administrative functions of the community Qualifications Position Requirements: - 1 to 3 years of experience in apartment leasing - Affordable Housing Requirements - LIHTC is preferred - A valid driver's license to operate company vehicle/golf cart - Experience with specialized property management software (RealPage, OneSite, and/or Yardi), or the ability to learn such software - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail Schedule Requirements: Monday - Friday/Some weekends but not every weekend #CAPREITUS
