Work You'll Do As a Delivery Senior Consultant for our team, you will be responsible for: Supporting the Workday Student Financials functional area lead through solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment for a higher education client implementing Workday StudentTranslating business requirements into system configurations and process changes, leveraging deep knowledge of Workday StudentAnalyzing current student records processes, design future-state workflows, and configure Workday solutions to best meet institutional needsServing as the liaison between university leadership, functional owners, IT teams, and Workday consultants to ensure alignment and successful delivery A successful candidate would possess these skills: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and quality of work productAbility to build and sustain professional relationshipsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong interpersonal skills and professional demeanorAbility to meet deadlinesAbility to mentor and provide clear guidance to others The Team Deloitte’s Government & Public Services (GPS) practice – our people, ideas, technology and outcomes – is designed for impact.
