Career Growth Opportunities We are actively expanding and developing future: Clinical Leads Supervisors Program Directors Behavioral Health Leadership RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct individual therapy sessions Facilitate group therapy sessions Complete psychosocial assessments Develop treatment plans Maintain timely clinical documentation Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings Support clients with co-occurring mental health and substance use concerns QUALIFICATIONS Preferred: LCPC LGPC LMSW LCSW-C Experience in OMHC or behavioral health settings Experience with: trauma-informed care co-occurring disorders underserved populations court-involved clients is highly preferred.
