We are currently seeking a dedicated full-time Apartment Maintenance Technician at La Vida Buena Apartments in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Your day-to-day:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
• Complete general apartment and property maintenance tasks
• Respond to work orders and resident service requests
• Support apartment turnovers and unit inspections
• Participate in an on-call rotation 1 week every 2 weeks

What we're looking for:

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• 1+ year of hands-on maintenance experience
• Solid troubleshooting skills and a strong work ethic
