Accounting Support Specialist

To support accurate customer credit processing, the full-time salaried Accounting Support Specialist will coordinate return merchandise authorization activities, manage customer return requests, and assist with general accounting tasks in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Manage daily customer return requests by validating information and submitting requests to vendors Process customer credits related to returned equipment and reconcile vendor credits with customer orders Prepare month-end reporting for open return requests and assist with internal and external audit documentation Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of two years of experience in accounting support, order management, or customer service preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams and with external partners
