Key Responsibilities

In your role as an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions, including musculoskeletal, neurological, and mobility challenges.
• Developing tailored treatment plans in compliance with physician prescriptions that focus on restoring movement, reducing pain, and improving functionality.
• Implementing therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities while monitoring patient progress and modifying treatments as needed.
• Documenting patient care meticulously in accordance with organizational standards and legal requirements, ensuring that all relevant information is accurately recorded.
• Engaging in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance treatment protocols and patient satisfaction.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation specialists, to deliver comprehensive and coordinated care.
• Providing education and support to patients and their families regarding home exercise programs and self-management techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice primarily addresses orthopedic cases, with a focus on rehabilitation post-surgery, sports-related injuries, and chronic pain management. You will work with diverse patients, including children, adults, and seniors, providing specialized attention to each individual's unique needs. Qualifications

The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
• An active and current California Physical Therapy License
• A minimum of 2+ years of clinical experience in an orthopedic setting

Preferred Experience
