Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support direct client hiring needs across engineering and technology disciplines. In this consultative role, you will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and placing highly skilled technical professionals while partnering closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality talent. With an abundance of quality client relationships and requirements this is an amazing role for a driven talent acquisition professional. Key Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers and account teams to understand technical requirements, role priorities, and ideal candidate profiles Source, recruit, and screen engineering and technical talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and ATS databases Assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit through structured interviews and screening conversations Manage multiple open requisitions while maintaining a high standard of candidate quality and responsivenessPresent well-qualified candidates with clear insights into skills, experience, and alignment to client needs Maintain accurate and timely documentation of recruiting activity within the ATS Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring engineering and technical roles Deliver a high-touch candidate experience from initial contact through placement Qualifications 1+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within a staffing or agency environment Experience recruiting for technical or engineering roles (software, infrastructure, data, mechanical, electrical, controls, manufacturing, or related disciplines) Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and proactive outreach Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills What We Offer Competitive base salary plus commission/bonus structure 401(k) retirement plan Health, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off and holidays Career growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding organization #J-18808-Ljbffr
