Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree.
• Licensed to practice in California.

• Commitment to evidence-based practice.
• Desire for continuous learning and professional growth (additional certifications encouraged).
• Excellent communication an.d interpersonal skills.

Physical Therapist: Full time

Location: Oceanside, CA

Positions Available: Staff PT Full Time/ Part Time

Office Hours of Operation: any combination of the following. 

M: 830 am to 6 pm

W: 830 am to 6 pm

Fr: 830 am to 6 pm

Qualifications

• Graduate of Physical Therapy Program from an accredited American Physical Therapy Association
• School, entry-level doctor of physical therapy welcome
• Active California license.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• A thriving passion for patients and physical therapy.

• Positive Attitude
• Socially & emotionally intelligent. Our mission is to help as many people as possible by redefining physical therapy. 
• You have to be able to connect and correspond to a diverse group of patients.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong understanding of physical therapy principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Must be willing to provide and bill for remote therapeutic monitoring.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems. Excited to use AI to assist in note taking
• Specialty Certified. Or be willing to start working toward one that benefits the practice.
