Core Accountabilities
Establish and maintain customer accounts.
Monitor accounts and apply payments accurately.
Partner with store teams to provide exceptional internal customer service.
Help improve Accounts Receivable processes.
Scan and maintain accounting records.
Assist with incoming mail and phone calls.
Ensure accurate and timely delivery of all assigned duties
Answer and transfer phone calls, screening when necessary
Support the Accounting team wherever needed.

Requirements:
Required Skills/Abilities
Two or more years of accounting or Accounts Receivable experience.
Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
A positive attitude and commitment to outstanding customer service.
The ability to manage multiple priorities while working collaboratively with others.
Positive and professional attitude
Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to use and manage a multi-line phone
