Location: Pascagoula, MS

Job Description: 
This position will report to the Infrastructure Manager and will be responsible for network administration. This role will be responsible overseeing the day-to day management and governance of the 3rd party infrastructure providers, ensuring performance across the networking tower. The networking tower includes oversight of the hardware and software for: routers, switches, firewalls, circuits, load balancer, telephony, etc.
This role will serve as the operational interface between the internal stakeholders and external vendors, while driving service excellence, compliance, and strategic alignment to business goals.

Additional responsibilities:
• Support managing contractual relationships, including SLA compliance, escalation protocols, and performance reviews.
• Support alignment with strategic roadmaps.
• Monitor and report on service uptime, incident response, and remediation processes.
• Ensure infrastructure support aligns with enterprise needs in availability, scalability, and resilience.
• Drive risk mitigation initiatives and support disaster recovery planning and testing.

• Position requires traveling. 

Basic Qualifications:

• 5 Years with Bachelor's Degree in related field; 3 years of relevant professional experience with a Master's Degree. 
• Must have experience with circuits, firewalls, load balancers, telephone, routers and vendor management including, but not limited too, SLAs and KPIs.  

Preferred Design Disciplines: 

• Strong interpersonal skills, and communication skills.
• Attention to detailed documentation.
• Adherence to timelines is a must.
• Experience with stakeholder (internal and external) communication
• Proven experience in IT operations, vendor management, or infrastructure governance.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills across technical and executive audiences.
