Seasonal Entry Level Tax Preparer

Formulate sales strategies to maximize business growth in different markets Manage sales goals, projections, and processes. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt strategies accordingly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture business requirements and implement new sales and customer-related processes Assist the Management in developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve company goals Support the Management in decision-making processes and provide input on key business initiatives Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners
REQUIREMENTS
Good business acumen Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills Rich experience in gifts & packagings for luxury brands Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Strong sales-driven and result-oriented mind Strong leadership and people management skills Bachelor in Business, Marketing, or related Minimum 15+ years or more sales and managerial experience in luxury/gifts & packaging. With proven track record of multi-region management to driving sales and managing teams.
