Senior Training Specialist

12-month contract to hire We are seeking a Senior Training Specialist to design and deliver engaging learning programs that enhance individual and organizational performance. Responsibilities Develop, deliver, and evaluate training programs (in-person and virtual) Collaborate with business teams and SMEs to align training with organizational goals Create e-learning content, webinars, and modern learning solutions (e.g., gamified learning) Manage LMS activities including course setup, testing, and user assignments Assess training effectiveness and recommend improvements Requirements Experience in training delivery and curriculum development Strong presentation and communication skills Proficiency with virtual learning tools (Zoom, Teams) and Microsoft Office Strong organizational and project management skills Preferred Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, or related field Experience in banking or financial services 2-5 years of related experience #itacceljobs #J-18808-Ljbffr
