Loan Operations Specialist

Your attention to detail and problem‑solving skills will be essential in performing loan research, resolving issues, and processing loan payoffs. Essential Job Duties Loan Booking: Accurately book new loans, renewals, modifications, letters of credit, and guidance lines of credit. SBA Loans: Handle the booking of new SBA loans and ensure compliance with 1502 reporting to the FTA. Document Management: Scan loan files and conduct thorough post‑closing loan reviews. Payment Processing: Post payments, draws, and principal reductions with precision. Quality Control: Edit loans booked to the loan platform for accuracy and manage participation loan processing for both purchased and sold loans. Transaction Management: Clear loan unposted transactions and address general loan questions and research. Account Balancing: Balance loan general ledger clearing accounts and execute the recording/release of applicable documents. Exception Tracking: Maintain and report on document exception tracking. Required Skills And Competencies Experience: Minimum of three years in Loan Operations. Education: College degree in a business-related field. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external clients. Problem‑Solving: Strong ability to independently identify, analyze, and resolve technical problems related to the Bank's automated loan systems. Why Join Us?
