We’re seeking an experienced Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) Registered Nurse to join a high-performing surgical team in Phoenix, Arizona . This is an excellent opportunity for an RN with strong cardiac OR experience looking to work in a fast-paced, highly specialized environment.

Position Overview:

• Provide perioperative nursing care for cardiovascular and thoracic surgeries

• Scrub and/or circulate for open-heart and vascular procedures as required

• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia, perfusionists, and OR staff

• Ensure patient safety, sterile technique, and adherence to surgical protocols

• Document care accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Active Arizona RN license (compact accepted)

• BLS and ACLS required

• 2+ years of recent CVOR experience

• Experience with open-heart procedures (CABG, valve replacements, etc.)

• Strong knowledge of cardiac surgical equipment and workflows
