Job Summary:
Labor and Delivery (L&D) Nurse position in Saratoga Springs, New York. This role involves providing specialized care to mothers and newborns during the labor, delivery, and postpartum phases. Candidates with a strong background in neonatal and maternal care, along with previous travel experience, are preferred.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Must have three or more years of clinical experience, prior travel experience, neonatal skills, Fetal Monitoring certification within the past two years, and a New York State license. Additionally, candidates must have a valid drivers license matching their permanent address and be at least 50 miles from the facility. EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) certification is required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with neonatal and maternal care in a travel setting is highly desirable.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: This position requires candidates to have the ability to perform neonatal and maternal assessments, manage laboring patients, and respond effectively to emergencies in a busy labor and delivery unit. Candidates must be prepared to work nights and adhere to hospital protocols and safety procedures.
