Manage the customer and client experience and overall project satisfaction. Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities. Thoroughly document restoration projects to support the services provided. Manage labor, equipment, and supply usage on assigned projects. Communicate progress, problems, and important updates with internal team members. Coach and train restoration technicians. Position Requirements High school diploma or GED. Valid driver’s license. At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction. IICRC certification is a plus but not required. Skills / Physical Demands / Competencies Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance. Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces such as crawl spaces and attics. Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects. Ability to work with and around cleaning agents. Compensation Pay starts at $26.00 – $29.00 per hour based on experience, with the possibility of overtime pay.
