Overview
Oportunidad: Personal de limpieza
Limpiar y mantener las áreas públicas del hotel de acuerdo con los estándares establecidos de servicio al huésped de la marca/hotel y los estándares de sostenibilidad.

- Saludar y reconocer a los huéspedes de manera cortés y amigable.
- Inspeccionar las áreas asignadas y realizar las tareas de limpieza según corresponda.
- Recoger la basura de las zonas de servicio y desecharla en los contenedores de basura exteriores.
- Aspirar y quitar el polvo de los pasillos de los huéspedes.
- Recoger la ropa de cama y las sábanas de los pisos del hotel y transportarlas al área de recolección de lavandería.
- Entregar la ropa de cama limpia en las secciones asignadas.
- Informar problemas de mantenimiento.
- Mantener la limpieza y organización de las áreas para huéspedes.
- Responder las consultas de los huéspedes y brindarles asistencia.
- Trabajar como asistente de servicio de habitaciones cuando haya escasez de personal o durante los periodos de mayor actividad.
- Tener en cuenta los puntajes de satisfacción de los huéspedes y trabajar para aumentar la satisfacción general y departamental de los huéspedes.
- Practicar hábitos de trabajo seguros, usar equipo de protección y seguir los estándares MSDS y OSHA.
- Garantizar la satisfacción general del huésped.
- Realizar otras tareas según lo solicite la gerencia.
Sus antecedentes y habilidades
- Se prefiere diploma de escuela secundaria.
- Se requiere experiencia previa en limpieza o se prefiere una capacitación equivalente.
Entorno y contexto laboral
- El horario de trabajo varía y puede incluir trabajar en días festivos, fines de semana y turnos alternos.
- Requiere estar de pie durante periodos prolongados, caminar, empujar, jalar, levantar hasta 25 libras, alcanzar objetos, agacharse y arrodillarse para llegar a todas las áreas.
- Uso de productos químicos de limpieza.
