Senior Civil Engineer

We are an established, civil engineering firm with large-scale, commercial, multi-family residential, and public works projects in LA County.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of complex civil engineering plans and specifications using AutoCAD and Civil 3D, including grading, earthwork, utility layouts, stormwater conveyance, and erosion control details.
• Manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, and client communications; prepare technical proposals, fee estimates, and progress reports.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, including subconsultants, surveyors, and geotechnical partners, to deliver integrated design solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or greater in Civil Engineering 
• Professional Engineer (PE) license (we do have openings for Engineers on the path to licensure as well, please apply and indicate)
• 5-10+ years of progressive civil engineering experience with demonstrated leadership on site development, land development, or heavy civil projects.
