Quality Control Supervisor

Overview Extension is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor for a DIRECT HIRE opportunity with one of our clients located in Oak Creek, WI . Base pay range $65,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr Responsibilities Supervise a team of 3-4 quality techs in daily job duties. Inspect incoming materials to ensure they meet customer specifications. Cross functional interactions with various departments to identify quality trends and make recommendations to improve product performance. Investigate and adjust customer concerns regarding quality. Qualifications At least 2 years of leadership experience within quality control. Attention to detail and good organizational skills. Ability to communicate effectively with employees, leadership, and customers. Strong math skills and ability to use tape measures and micrometers.
