Physical Therapist Location: Windsor, CT Agency: AMN Healthcare Allied Pay: $2,518 to $2,595 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Duties include evaluating patient needs, developing individualized treatment strategies, providing hands‑on care, and documenting progress. You will collaborate with healthcare teams and communicate effectively with patients and family members. This is a travel assignment based in Windsor, CT, requiring mobility to travel to the site. Responsibilities Assess and treat patients in an outpatient setting. Develop and implement treatment plans. Provide manual therapy and hands‑on interventions. Document patient progress and update medical records. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Maintain compliance with applicable regulations and standards. Required Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist in Connecticut. Minimum 1 year of outpatient experience, including orthopedics. Proficiency with manual therapy techniques. BLS‑AHA certification. Valid SSN and DOB, one reference from work history. BS or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy. Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of experience in outpatient settings.
