Tax Reviewer

We are seeking an experienced Tax Reviewer to join our growing accounting team. This role is responsible for reviewing individual and business tax returns, providing technical guidance, performing tax research, supporting tax planning initiatives, and ensuring compliance with U.S. tax regulations and U.S. GAAP. Key Responsibilities Review individual, partnership, corporation, and S-corporation tax returns. Serve as the tax subject matter expert. Conduct tax research and resolve complex tax issues. Support tax planning, audits, and advisory projects. Prepare business and individual tax returns as needed. Coach and mentor tax preparers. Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams. Perform ad hoc analyses and special projects. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA designation preferred. 5+ years of progressive public accounting experience with tax return review. Strong knowledge of U.S. tax regulations and U.S. GAAP. Experience preparing and reviewing Forms 1040, 1065, 1120, and 1120S. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with Lacerte and QuickBooks preferred.
