Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN - Telemetry for a travel assignment in Plattsburgh, NY. This role is for the Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit and involves working with ED Hold patients. Candidates will float across various units as needed within a second trauma-level facility, providing essential care in a diverse environment.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Telemetry

• Administer medications and IVs according to departmental procedures
• Conduct bladder scans and glucose monitoring
• Draw blood off central lines when necessary
• Provide comprehensive care for Med Surg Oncology, Ortho, and Urology patients
• Handle ED Hold patients as part of the resource pool

Requirements of the RN - Telemetry

• Valid RN license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required prior to starting
• Epic experience from within the past 2 years
• A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in Medical/Surgical Telemetry
