Maintain accurate benefit data in UKG Ready and other benefits administration systems. Provide timely, professional assistance to employees and clients regarding benefit inquiries. Support enrollment activities during Open Enrollment and New Hire Enrollment, including benefit plan builds, updates, or corrections within UKG Ready or other systems. Assist with carrier billing reconciliation and ensure invoices and deductions align. Coordinate with insurance carriers, brokers, and third-party administrators as needed. Monitor and maintain data integrity across benefit systems, resolving discrepancies with the appropriate teams. Assist with routine compliance tasks such as notices, documentation, and required reporting. Manage assigned Salesforce tasks, cases, and queues, ensuring timely updates, accurate documentation, and clear communication within the system. Additional Responsibilities: Support benefits administration operations, reporting, documentation, and compliance activities while serving as a resource to internal teams by resolving complex issues, sharing best practices, and contributing to process improvements and special projects.
