Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to sit onsite 5 days a week in NYC for one of their largest entertainment clients. This person will be joining the Business Intelligence team, responsible for supporting revenue-generating functions across MSG's entertainment and sports business, The team support ticketing, premium experiences, food & beverage, merchandise partnerships, CRM < and marketing efforts through analytics and insights. The primary goal of this role is to help marketing teams better leverage customer and ticketing data through dashboard development, reporting automation, and actionable business insights. Their day will be broken down into thirds: 35% will be spent on dashboard development and reporting, 35% will be spent on business insights and data analysis, and 35% will be spent on stakeholder meetings and presentations. This person will serve as a bridge between data and the business, translating analytics into recommendations that drive ticket sales, marketing performance, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate is highly analytical but also comfortable presenting findings to stakeholders and influencing business decisions through data and insights.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of Business Intelligence experience, Marketing Analytics, or Data Analytics experience
Strong presentation and communication skills with experience presenting findings to stakeholders and leadership
Experience creating reports and dashboards in Tableau
Understanding of digital marketing and performance marketing metrics


Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Entertainment background
Strong technical data manipulation and reporting background
