Full Stack Software Engineer

Salary: $140,000 - 180,000 per year Requirements:

• 4+ years of professional full-stack development experience building secure web applications, including at least 2 years with .NET Core and scalable backend architecture.
• 3+ years of hands-on Azure experience, particularly with Azure App Service and Azure Databricks; experience with Google Cloud and AWS is a strong plus.
• 3+ years of data engineering experience building scalable ETL/ELT pipelines with Databricks and PySpark, with strong knowledge of Delta Lake architecture and open file formats.
• 3+ years of front-end experience with modern JavaScript or TypeScript frameworks such as React or Vue, plus experience integrating Webflow into custom application ecosystems.
• Extensive experience building and maintaining advanced n8n automation workflows for centralized data matching is highly desired.
• 1+ year of applied experience with AI-first development, Claude and related LLM tools, vector databases, and localized models.
• Experience with data catalogs, data lineage, and role-based access controls; familiarity with Classification Standard v3.0 is a plus.
• Hands-on experience developing production-ready RAG systems and agentic workflows, optimizing vector databases such as Pinecone, Milvus, or Qdrant, and using orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Highly autonomous, with the ability to take ownership of front-end features and major backend architecture changes in a lean, fast-paced team.
• Able to balance rapid feature delivery with the data security requirements of financial services M&A.
• Strong cross-disciplinary communication skills, including explaining complex data engineering topics to executive leaders and collaborating with international creative partners.

• Build and manage an open-format raw data layer using Azure Databricks, beginning with the initial workspace and catalog rollout.
• Ingest unchanged raw data from Google Drive, Postgres, Databricks, and n8n, and manage workflows in n8n across a single data layer.
• Develop, extend, and maintain C# REST APIs on .NET Core, collaborating with our agency partner during the backend migration.
• Structure and prepare data for advanced analytics and local-model execution using Claude and related LLM tools, maintaining feeds for script ingestion and vector storage.
• Implement role-based access controls to isolate buyer, seller, and internal data, and establish data lineage that traces facts to source files and limits visibility to authorized users.
• Architect and optimize dynamic buyer and seller portals on Azure App Service, delivering a polished user experience for wealth management clients.
• Work within our Entrepreneurial Operating System framework, own Q4 Rocks, maintain the weekly scorecard, present Stage 2 architecture decisions for Level 10 meetings, and align engineering deliverables with our IT Transformation Roadmap.
