Regional Sales Director - Southeastern US, Abbott Diabetes Care
Abbott Laboratories
Abbott seeks a Regional Sales Director to drive growth of Freestyle Libre diabetes care products across the Southeastern US. The role combines P&L accountability, sales force leadership, and strategic stakeholder relationship building within the diabetes management market.
Responsibilities
- Drive regional sales growth and profitability aligned to business strategy and competitive positioning
- Build and lead high-performing sales team with coaching and development of future leaders
- Develop omnichannel engagement strategies leveraging analytics and competitive insights
- Establish strategic relationships with healthcare stakeholders to expand market influence
- Manage regional P&L, financial risk, and hold team accountable to KPIs
Requirements
- Four-year university degree; MBA preferred
- 10-15 years progressive sales management experience
- Demonstrated experience managing sales teams and managers
- Proven track record growing sales faster than market
- Strong healthcare stakeholder relationship-building skills
- Omnichannel strategy and customer analytics experience
