The scope of this effort encompasses tasks that provide USCYBERCOM with the sustained ability to fulfill its mission to direct, synchronize, and coordinate cyberspace planning and operations to defend and advance national interests in collaboration with domestic and international partners. These tasks include coordinating, synchronizing, deconflicting, and integrating operational planning efforts for full-spectrum cyberspace operations. The anticipated award of this effort is Fall 2026.

As a Cyber Policy and Strategy Planner Junior you will provide Cyberspace Operations Support Services (COSS) aligned with the following core disciplines: Cyberspace Operations, Cyberspace Planning, Cyberspace Training and Exercises, Strategy/Policy/Doctrine Development and Campaign, Assessments, Information Technology (IT)/Communications, Business Area Support and Project Management Engagement Activities. You will provide the customer with the sustained ability to fulfill its mission to direct, synchronize, and coordinate cyberspace planning and operations to defend and advance national interests in collaboration with domestic and international partners. These tasks include coordinating, synchronizing, deconflicting, and integrating operational planning efforts for full-spectrum cyberspace operations. Responsible for applying an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop, validate and verify Cyber solutions across the lifecycle. Conduct cyber risk assessment activities including threat modeling, vulnerability analysis and analysis of mitigation solutions. Coordinates and addresses Supply Chain risk management concerns. Develop, evaluate and analyze design constrains, trade-offs and detailed system and security design as they pertain to the Cyber domain. Coordinate with Cyber and system architects and developers to provide oversight in the development of solutions. Conduct cybersecurity test and evaluation of hardware and/or software designs to verify and validate compliance with defined specifications and requirements. Employs cyber security processes, methods, techniques and tools and assure their consistent application. Implements appropriate Assessment and Authorization activities as required by customers.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus 3-5 years of relevant experience is required OR Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus 1-3 years of relevant experience is required OR Master's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus 1 year of relevant experience is required.
• Experience reviewing existing cyber policy, strategy documents, and statutory guidance and assisting in drafting sections of cyberspace plans.
• Experience conducting basic research on emerging cyber threats, standards and populating templates and maintain version controlled document libraries.
• Must possess a current US Security Clearance TS/SCI w/ poly

• Understanding of emerging cyber threat trends and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO).
• Experience in a DoD, intelligence?community, or allied?nation cyber environment (preferred).

Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $91200.00 - $169400.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
