STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking an Oracle Cloud RTR & FAH Implementation Lead on behalf of our client in Remote . This role will lead Oracle Cloud Financials implementations supporting M&A integrations, ERP transformations, and financial process harmonization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials, RTR processes, FAH, SLA, and full lifecycle implementation delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Cloud RTR and FAH implementations for M&A integrations and enterprise transformations.

• Configure and implement Oracle General Ledger (GL), FAH, SLA, Cash Management, Intercompany Accounting, Financial Close, and Financial Reporting.

• Drive fit-gap analysis, solution design, CRPs, data migration, SIT, UAT, cutover, deployment, and hypercare.

• Lead legal entity onboarding, ledger setup, Chart of Accounts harmonization, and trial balance migration.

• Design scalable accounting solutions using Oracle SLA and FAH.

• Support accounting transformations and financial integration initiatives.

• Partner with business and technical teams to ensure Day-1 operational readiness.

• Provide functional leadership throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations .

• Experience with at least 3 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations , from discovery through hypercare.

• Strong expertise in:

  • Oracle General Ledger (GL)

  • Financial Accounting Hub (FAH)

  • Subledger Accounting (SLA)

  • Cash Management

  • Intercompany Accounting

  • Financial Close

  • Financial Reporting

• Experience supporting M&A integrations, ERP carve-outs, or enterprise transformations .

• Strong knowledge of Chart of Accounts design, legal entity setup, ledger configuration, data migration, and financial reporting.

• Strong accounting and Record-to-Report (RTR) process knowledge.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle EPM, including FCCS, ARCS, or EDMCS .

• Knowledge of REST APIs and middleware integrations.

• Experience with Oracle Cloud data conversion.

• Experience with financial reporting and workflow automation.

• Strong experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.
