Join our vision of becoming the world's leading provider of energy solutions for e-mobility.The Manufacturing Support Specialist will report directly to the Department's Production Manager and is expected to work with Safety, Quality, Process Engineering, Planning, and Manufacturing to identify and consolidate all kinds of CAPEX and OPEX needs in the production process. The Specialist will also be responsible for regularly verifying the budget and placing orders for optimal quantities in a timely manner.Roles & ResponsibilitiesAct as the department's supply chain coordinator; review and analyze production plans to maintain proper inventoryAssist Production Managers with workforce optimization and scheduling, including maintenance of accurate records of material stock and work in progressEnsure a secure and safe work environment by supporting Management on various tasks such as PPE management, training, JSRA's, and supply managementExhibit excellent interpersonal abilities, effectively engaging with individuals at various organization levelsDepartmental representative for meetings, presenting on various KPI's and communicating relevant information back to the departmentDetail-orientated self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to work at a quick paceDuties may be modified at any time to meet business needsBasicMinimum Age: 18-year-oldHigh School DiplomaMust be eligible to work in the United StatesWhile travel is unlikely, the ideal candidate will be able to travel, with reasonable prior notice as required (domestic and/or international)Ability to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as requiredPreferredHigher Education Degree in Engineering or other related field3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably AutomotiveProfessional-level fluency in spoken and written Korean and EnglishFamiliarity with visual KPI dashboard tools and automationExperience in leading cross-functional teamsAbility to analyze data to drive continuous improvement projectsWorking ConditionsAbility to work around the potential exposure to dust and chemicalsAbility to lift up to 30 poundsAbility to sit, walk and stand for extended periods of time, with or without reasonable accommodationAbility to operate basic office equipmentAbility to work in front of a computer for extended periods of time, with or without reasonable accommodationAbility to wear appropriate PPE as deemed essential for the job function.STARPLUS ENERGY, LLC promotes an equal employment opportunity workplace which includes reasonable accommodations of other qualified disabled applications and employees.
