Talent4Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Post Partum for a travel nursing job in Neptune, New Jersey.

Job Description & Requirements

• Hours: 3 × 12-hour shifts per week
• Every other weekend required
• Every other holiday required
• No on-call
• No floating required
• Scrubs provided: Navy Blue

Experience

• Minimum required: 3+ years of Mother-Baby (Postpartum) nursing experience
• Preferred: 5 years of experience
• Position is more Postpartum/Mother-Baby focused than Labor & Delivery

Required Clinical Skills

• Postpartum (Mother-Baby)
• Antepartum
• Labor & Delivery
• Operating Room (OB/C-section experience)
• Newborn care

Education

• Required: ASN (Associate Degree in Nursing)
• Preferred: BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing)

Licensure & Certifications

• Current New Jersey RN license or multistate compact RN license
• BLS (must be from the American Heart Association)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
• ACLS (listed as required)

Ideal Candidate

A nurse with strong Mother-Baby/Postpartum experience who is also comfortable caring for:

• Postpartum mothers
• Newborns
• Antepartum patients
• Labor & Delivery patients when needed
• C-section/OR patients

The emphasis is on Postpartum/Mother-Baby nursing , with Labor & Delivery skills serving as a supporting competency rather than the primary focus.
