Position Overview:
We are looking for a full-time Store Manager who is driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about fashion and client experience. This role requires someone who can lead by example, learn quickly, and create a high-end, welcoming environment for every client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure a smooth workflow
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships
- Assist clients with custom suit consultations and styling recommendations
- Train and lead team members to maintain brand standards
- Handle appointments, scheduling, and client follow-ups
- Maintain store appearance, organization, and inventory
- Support sales goals and drive revenue growth
Requirements:
- Arabic speaking or understanding is strongly preferred, but not required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership or managerial experience preferred
- Passion for fashion, luxury retail, or menswear is a strong plus
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
