Job Summary and Qualifications Supervises and coordinates activities for daily food service operations throughout FANS. A primary focus to ensure timely and accurate meal services for Patient Services and Cafeteria and compliance with HACCP/Sanitation Standards. Responsibilities include scheduling, employee performance evaluations, and direct employee supervision. What qualifications you will need: High School Diploma Required Minimum of two to three years' experience in food services or hospitality Required Knowledge of hospital and health care operations Preferred Basic computer skills necessary. Strong communication, leadership and customer service skills desired. Licensure, Certifications, Training: Credential: Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) credential preferred. Serv-Safe Certification recommended or within 90 days of hire.
