The Patient Care Technician (PCT) plays a vital role in supporting clinical operations and ensuring a positive patient experience. This position is responsible for assisting with patient intake, scheduling, and administrative tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism and compassion. Key Responsibilities:

- Patient Intake & Support
- Take and record vital signs accurately.
- Check in patients and complete registration processes.
- Prep charts for the following day to ensure smooth workflow.

- Communication & Coordination
- Correspond with patients regarding appointments and inquiries.
- Conduct patient outreach to schedule appointments.
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Correspond with patients regarding appointments and inquiries.
- Scheduling & Financial Transactions
- Schedule patient appointments efficiently.
- Collect co-payments and outstanding patient balances.
- Schedule patient appointments efficiently.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; medical assistant or related certification preferred.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical setting is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems preferred.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to work scheduled hours
Salary Range: $19.29 hourly
