(3277) Buyer II

We are seeking a Buyer II to support procurement activities across facilities operations, maintenance, and capital improvement projects. In this role, you will manage the full purchasing lifecycle-from sourcing and issuing RFQs/RFPs to negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services. You'll work closely with internal teams and suppliers to prioritize requirements, analyze pricing, and develop sourcing strategies that balance cost, quality, and schedule. This includes building and managing service agreements, construction contracts, and long term supplier partnerships across key categories such as MRO, building systems, and capital equipment.


The ideal candidate brings strong experience in supplier management, contract negotiation, and data driven decision making within fast paced environments. You will track procurement performance, resolve issues from requisition through payment, and ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive approach to supporting operational needs. Experience in facilities, construction, or manufacturing procurement, along with familiarity with ERP systems and contract structures, is highly valued.
Compensation: $48/hr.
