Admissions Director
At Jupiter, we are committed to providing exceptional Rehabilitation and Nursing care to our community. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Admissions Director to lead our admissions process and ensure seamless transitions for our patients.
Admissions Director Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire admissions process, from patient intake to bed assignment
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient needs are met and exceeded
Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and community partners
Manage and analyze admissions data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Admissions Director Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare administration or a related field
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
