Systems Integrator (Active TS/SCI Required)

Applicants must have an Active Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI Access (TS/SCI) About the Role We are seeking a Systems Integrator to join our growing team. In this role, your focus will be on enterprise architecture, mission assurance, and cybersecurity compliance, involving complex 'systems-of-systems' (SoS) integration across various security domains. Serving as the technical lead ensuring that disparate technologies function as a unified, secure, and resilient whole. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain integrated system architectures that meet performance and reliability goals Collaborate with software developers, hardware engineers, and network specialists to ensure compatibility and functionality Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize system performance Develop and maintain system documentation, integration workflows, and configuration baselines Participate in system testing, validation, and verification processes Support deployment activities, including system installation, configuration, and training Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and propose improvements to existing systems and processes Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and/or Computer Science Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems integration or a related engineering discipline Strong understanding of systems architecture, networking, software-hardware interfaces, and data communication protocols Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and adapt to changing project requirements Preferred: Experience with tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, LabVIEW, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, or similar Familiarity with systems engineering standards (e.g., INCOSE, ISO/IEC 15288) and model-based systems engineering (MBSE) principles Clearance Required: TS/SCI w/ poly About Missionovo We are a mission-driven technology and engineering company dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that advance national security and achieve decisive outcomes.
