Agency: McCann Job Function: Creative Job Subfunction: Creative Direction Job Description: Provides technical expertise to aid in executing strategies within a specific function, developing detailed plans and recommendations to advance business/network/agency objectives. Works on complex projects that influence key operational goals and strategic priorities. Operates as a subject-matter expert to provide guidance and support to junior professionals and teams. Leads the creative vision, conceptual development, and execution of integrated marketing, brand, digital, experiential, and/or content initiatives across multidisciplinary teams and platforms. Oversees the development of innovative creative solutions that align with client objectives, audience insights, brand strategy, and business goals while ensuring creative excellence, consistency, and impact across all touchpoints. Partners with strategy, account management, production, media, technology, and creative teams to guide omnichannel storytelling, integrated brand experiences, and emerging creative approaches within fast-paced, evolving market environments. 120K - 140K Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
