What You Will DoLead and manage a team of financial analysts by providing support, mentorship and trainingManagement of earned value, analysis of program performance ensuring compliance with internal EVM policy and 10255Quarterly development of Estimate at Completion (EACs)Interfacing with Program Management Office and the Integrated Product Leadership Team, and ensuring compliance with financial policies.Support the development of product group level inputs and updates to Monthly Forecasts, Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long Range Plan (LRP) objectivesMeet critical deadlines while managing multiple conflicting prioritiesUse strong analytical abilities to understand data quickly in order to make informed business decisionsPrepare finance charts for Program Business Reviews, financial overviews and other reporting activities as requiredParticipation in key leadership strategy reviewsSupport proposal development, submittal, negotiations and program start up activitiesQualifications You Must HaveTypically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related fieldExperience with SAP and/or APEX and/or similar financial systemExperience using Microsoft Office applications (ex. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
